Privacy Policy
Last updated October 12, 2026
Dealhaus lets people run their own Amazon deals store. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers Dealhaus store owners (people with an account) and shoppers (people who visit a store).
What we collect from store owners
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo. We only ask Google for these basics. We never see your Google password.
- What you enter: store name, store link, tagline, avatar, social links, and your Amazon tracking ID.
- Your store content: the deals and links you add, publish or remove.
- Team: the email addresses of helpers you invite.
- Earnings reports you choose to upload from Amazon Associates (products, items sold, earnings), used to show you what sells and to rank deals.
- Auto-posting: your Telegram channel name and Discord webhook, if you turn auto-posting on.
- Billing: when you subscribe, Stripe handles your card. We only see your subscription status, never your card number.
- Agent keys: if you connect an AI agent, we store a scrambled (hashed) copy of its key, never the key itself.
What we collect from shoppers
Shoppers don't need an account. When someone taps a deal link, we record a click: the time, which link, where the visit came from (for example Instagram or TikTok, and the referring website's name), the device type and operating system, whether it was opened inside an app, and the country. We do not store IP addresses and don't try to identify shoppers. Store owners see these counts so they know which deals and platforms work.
Items a shopper saves and their light/dark setting are kept only in their own browser and never sent to us.
If a shopper taps "Works" or "Expired" on a deal, we save that vote with a random id kept in their browser (not their name or IP address), so the same person isn't counted twice. If a shopper signs up for a store's deals by email, we keep that email for the store owner, who can download it to send them deals. Anyone can ask us to delete their email at jon@30dayramp.com.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep store owners signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. When a shopper continues to Amazon, Amazon's own cookies and privacy notice apply.
How we use it
- To run your account and your store, and to put your Amazon tracking ID on your links.
- To show you click stats for your store.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
- To contact you about your account or important changes.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run Dealhaus, and only what they need:
- Supabase: database and sign-in.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Google: sign-in.
- Stripe: payments, if you subscribe.
- Amazon: we check product prices and availability with Amazon's Product Advertising API (no personal data is sent).
- Telegram and Discord: deal posts you choose to auto-post.
Your store page is public by design: anyone can see your store name, tagline, avatar, social links and published deals. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. Click records are kept so you can see your history. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, store, links and click records.
Your choices
- Change your store details anytime in Settings.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or account deletion by emailing jon@30dayramp.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
- You can remove Dealhaus's access in your Google account's security settings.
Children
Dealhaus isn't for children under 13, and accounts are for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for big changes, let store owners know by email.
